AHSLEA has released the results of its second Sustainability Benchmark Survey, providing an updated snapshot of industry-wide sustainability performance and progress since the 2024 baseline.
Aligned closely with the AHSLEA Sustainability Framework, the 2025 survey assessed members against a comprehensive set of commitments and metrics, with tailored surveys deployed to reflect differences in data maturity across small and large businesses.
The findings show continued improvement in sustainability data collection — particularly among larger members — and confirm growing capability across the sector. The results also highlight key focus areas for the year ahead, including climate measurement and advanced traceability.
Importantly, many metrics not yet publicly reported are already being captured by members, creating a strong foundation for expanded reporting in 2026.
Developed in collaboration with stakeholders and informed by leading agricultural frameworks, AHSLEA’s Sustainability Framework reinforces the industry’s commitment to economic, social and environmental responsibility.
A detailed overview of the findings is available here.
